STMicroelectronics launches 100W VIPerGaN converters for appliances and chargers

The VIPerGaN100 (650V) and VIPerGaN100W/100WB (700V) devices deliver 75–100W output with standby power below 30mW in a 5×6mm QFN package, priced from $2.62–$2.93. The product extends ST's wide-bandgap portfolio into USB-PD chargers, smart lighting, and consumer appliances where efficiency gains offset component cost.
