The company will build four fabs in Sherman, Texas receiving up to $40 billion, plus two in Richardson and one in Lehi, Utah, with production starting in 2025. The expansion aims to produce hundreds of millions of chips daily and support 60,000+ U.S. jobs, strengthening TI's control over analog and embedded processing supply chains amid industrial recovery and datacenter demand.
